Caramel is a film directed by Nadine Labaki who is also one of the central characters in the movie. The movie is set in Beirut Lebanon. it does not touch on the politics of the country, but rather It touches on the issues of 'modern women' in that society. It is great movie that is not directed by Hollywood... (that speaks for itself).
